For years the phrase 'you kick like a girl' or 'you run like a girl' have been used as insults - a way to imply that by doing it like a girl - it's a weakness and something to be ashamed of.

We want to change that narrative, to celebrate and bring confidence and pride to do it like a girl.  We love watching young girls play the beautiful game. Their confidence, their teamwork, their fire — it’s everything this movement stands for. And while the old phrases may still echo in playgrounds and clubs, we’re building a new message: one that lifts, unites, and empowers.

When girls wear these training tops, we want them to feel empowered, proud, celebrated and seen - yes that phrase may still be circulating around playgrounds, schools and even football clubs and we can't change that BUT..... but as a grassroots community we can unite together in the message that being 'Proud To Kick Like A Girl' is part of a movement and show a unite in confidence.
